Use Rainbow Quilling Shiner semi-gloss varnish to finish your quilling projects. The 20g bottle contains a non-yellowing formula that dries to a shiny, clear finish. This semi gloss varnish is suitable for almost any paintable surface, and papercraft can use it indoors and out to keep your artwork from fading.

This product is excellent for firming up quilling artwork! Rainbow shiner works better for quilling art than Mod Podge, other glue mixtures, hair spray. Liquid, Bottel contains 20ml of High Quality Quilling shiner especially designed for quilling.

Note:

1. Keep at least two brushes on hand. While side one is drying, wash the first brush. Use the other clean, dry brush on side 2."
2. Vanish dry when soak in to paper, if not soaked, vanish will not get dry.
3. DO NOT use on polymer clay, or any water proof surface that varnish cannot absorb.

How to make waterproof Quilling earrings
